MetricVault AI is a competitive intelligence and market analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze websites, brands, and market data. The Service provides domain authority scores, SEO analysis, brand sentiment tracking, competitor monitoring, and related analytics features.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
MetricVault AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The competitive intelligence reports and analysis generated by MetricVault AI are produced using artificial intelligence and should be used as one input among many in your business decision-making process. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis. You acknowledge that AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Brown Neyra Sales 85 Corp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted data for the purpose of providing analysis results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricVault AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
